The suppliers we use are all vetted though our in-house quality management system which is recognized by ISO9001 certification through Lloyds. Also all procedures from when an order enters our premises through to when its delivered from our warehouse is covered by the Lloyds quality system which is checked on a regular basis by an external auditor.
Alrad provides products from leading manufacturers around the world, many of which we represent as a sole distributor in the UK. Some of these exclusive companies have been with us since the late 1970s so you see many of our distribution agreements have been in place for a very long time and that must say something about the service we offer. The products and service we provide open up new opportunities for our customers to improve quality,automation and productivity that is why many of our existing customers have been experiencing ALRAD high quality service for decades.

Alrad are members of the UKIVA (United Kingdom Industrial Vision Association) group of organizations and companies within the PPMA ( Processing and Packaging Machinery Association).
Furthermore, Alrad Instruments Ltd takes its responsibilities under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE regulations) extremely seriously and has taken steps to be compliant in line with our corporate and social responsibilities.
