Lead Sulphide and Lead Selenide detectors are offered from Sensarray Inc.
These detectors have good infrared response in the case of PbS up to approx.
2.5 micron at room temperature although higher wavelengths are possible using
either thermoelectric or liquid nitrogen cooling. For PbSe infrared response to
4 micron is possible using room temperature devices while up to 7 micron is
feasible with thermoelectric or liquid nitrogen cooling.
