The mvBlueCOUGAR camera range from Matrix Vision just keeps expanding...
Cougars are known for speed and versatility and the Matrix Vision mvBlueCOUGAR-XD is no exception.
This dual Gigabit Ethernet camera family is the smallest in its class. The large powerful FPGA allows pre-processing steps inside the camera and allows the user to control the camera processing and reduce the load on the CPU of the host system. For the first time it is possible to use a high speed buffer mode which writes the images faster in the cameras memory as they are transferred. Cameras are available with either CMOS or CCD sensors in various resolutions ranging from 648 x 488 pixels to 3388 x 2712 pixels and at speeds of up to 600fps.
Matrix Vision introduces a new CMOS sensor range of their popular MvBlueFOX range of cameras with USB3.0 output
The MvBlueFOX3 is a compact industrial camera with a USB3.0 interface. High quality CMOS sensors are available from VGA to 14 MegaPixels, Both Monochrome and Colour cameras are available. The camera has onboard FPGA, a 256MB image memory, and for OEM use the camera is available at single board level.
