Red  Laser Diode Modules

Red Laser Diode Modules are available from 635nm to 690nm, in various package sizes.

LQB and LR series laser modules are compact modules that provide a collimated beam. These lasers are suitable for high volume cost sensitive applications.

ML series laser modules are ultra-compact and available with pre-focussed or collimated beams.

UL and UH series laser modules are self-contained, focus adjustable modules with a high quality aspherical glass lens that deliver exceptional beam quality, low divergence, high boresight accuracy, high stability and low noise in a compact package.

All our UL and UH series laser beams can be circularized with a microlens as a custom option.

Blue Violet Laser Modules

Blue laser modules in 405nm, 440nm, 473nm and 488nm wavelengths. Blue Laser Modules are fully self-contained with an integrated temperature controller (TEC), laser driver circuit, surface polished glass asherical lens optics, and laser diode in a compact package. All TEC lasers includes a wall mount adaptor for plug and play operation. Precise temperature control with the TEC results in excellent power and wavelength stability, low noise and long lifetime. Other unique properties include collimated, clean beam, and low divergence. These blue lasers have applications in the field of bio-sciences for excitation of a wide range of fluorescence probes. They are also used in imaging, light scattering and other bio-instrumentation processes.
All the blue laser modules are available with additional optics to circularize the beam. They can also be pigtailed to a fiber and modulation options can be added. Blue laser modules are also available without temperature control as a low cost option. Please contact us for customization options.

Green Laser Diode Modules

The compact green laser modules operate at wavelengths from 515nm to 520nm and are available up to 60mW in power at the present time. Unlike diode pumped green lasers, direct diode based Green Laser Modules offer high thermal stability, low noise and high modulation capabilities. Green Laser Modules are available with or without temperature control.
Beam shaping optics such as line/cross generators can be added.

We continue to offer diode pumped green laser modules for those applications that need a 532nm wavelength and superior beam quality. Our TECGL series temperature controlled green lasers work exceptionally well at ambient temperature ranges between 10 to 40 degree C and are strongly recommended for applications which require low RMS noise and peak to peak laser power stability.

Infrared Laser Diode Modules

We offer a complete line of infrared laser modules in the wavelength range from 705nm to 1064nm.

They are available in our standard packages with or without TEC temperature control. Modulation and pattern generating optics can be added on to all our infrared laser modules.

All infrared laser modules are self-contained with integrated driver circuit and optics.

Laser Line Generator

We offer several different line laser modules for wide range of applications. All our line lasers are fully self contained with integrated driver circuit, laser diode, aspherical optics and cylindrical line lens. Our FLL series line lasers are low cost, fixed focus, rugged lasers for use in industrial alignment/cutting.

Our ULL/UHL series line laser modules offer user adjustable focusing capability. Unique properties include compact anodized aluminum body, and a fine adjustable line.

HPL Series lasers produce high visibility blue and green lines.

All our standard line generators produce laser lines with Gaussian distribution.

Uniform Laser Line Module

The UNI-series uniform line lasers produce a line with uniform intensity along the length of the line. There is no central hot spot which is typical of Gaussian lines.

Uniform Laser Lines are particularly ideal for machine vision, sensing, imaging and scanning applications.

The UNI-series line lasers can produce a line thickness of less than 100 microns as a standard product. All our Uniform Line Laser modules are integrated with driver electronics and a uniform line lens.

Uniform line lasers are available in red, green and blue wavelengths. TTL Modulation can be added to Uniform line lasers.

Cross Line Laser

Cross Line Laser Modules (UCL and UCH-Series) are fully self-contained with integrated laser driver circuit, surface polished glass asherical lens optics, laser diode and cross-line generator.
Cross Line Laser Module unique properties include a perfectly straight cross, compact anodized aluminum body, fine adjustable focus, clean beam, low divergence, high boresight accuracy and industrial strength. Highly recommended for alignment applications.
Our standard cross-line lasers have a fan angle of 25 degree. Cross line lasers with fan angle of 5, 10 and 45 deg are also available. They are available in wavelengths ranging from 440nm to 830nm.

LDM-5 Laser Module

The LDM-5 Low Divergence Laser Diode Module uses a long focal length lens to produce a high quality, uniform circularized beam. The laser source has very low beam divergence and is available in variable or fixed focus options. The LDM-5 laser module is 11mm dia. x 37 mm long.
The LDM-5 laser diode module provides a well collimated or small focused spot laser light source, and includes a range of optical options to suit most projects. It offers a versatile solution which is ideally suited to many industrial applications.
The module includes slow start, reverse polarity and over voltage protection, and is available with a pulsing option if required.
